Running is our favorite. BUT, sometimes its easy to forget that there is more to life than running. We believe that it's bananas to think a runner can be a high performer and stay injury free without addressing more than their physical body. We must shift the paradigm and change our mindset. To perform our best we must be our best.
The contents of our running toolbox and online subscription were created by a group of athletes that are experts in their respective fields- physical therapists, medical doctors, mindset coaches, dietitians, yoga instructors, sports psychologists, strength coaches, running coaches and more.
