I believe that running should reduce the stress in your life, not add to it. I believe that the best training program is one that fits your life and is sustainable long-term. I believe that running is an important part of your life -- but it is not the only part!
For over 15 years I've been helping runners of all ability levels have more fun with their running. My coaching career started at Emory University where I coached the men's cross country and distance track runners for eight years. When I left Emory, I began focusing on coaching adult runners.
Since that time I've helped runners run their first 5k, qualify for the Boston Marathon, and everything in between. I'm excited to put the knowledge and expertise I've gained in my career to work helping you enjoy your running more and reach your goals!Visit My Website
